Chelsea are looking forward to signing high profile players in this winter window to boost Graham Potter squad. The blues have been linked with Argentina international Enzo Fernandez as per Sunsport report.
However according to Daily Mail report the latter has a release clause of £106m. But the Londoners have made different move to try convince the Benfica side to do business with them this January.
According to the publication the Premier League giants are set to offer £112m for the player. Even more than his release clause on which they will settle the payments in three years instalments of £37.3m.
The Portuguese outfit are yet to respond and the Londoners are waiting see how best they can sort out the issue.
