Christian Pulisic has admitted that “things change quickly” as the Chelsea forward’s future remains uncertain.
Despite calling Graham Potter’s arrival a “fresh start,” the USA captain has played in only four of the 11 games since Thomas Tuchel’s dismissal.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are looking to bolster their frontline, and Standard Sport understands the club has been approached by Atletico Madrid duo Joao Felix and Matheus Cunha ahead of the January transfer window.
Following Armando Broja’s season-ending knee injury, Potter is considering a move for a new forward when the market opens next month, and he is also interested in Youssoufa Moukoko of Borussia Dortmund.

A £52.7m deal to bring RB Leipzig and France forward Christopher Nkunku to Stamford Bridge for next summer is also thought to have been agreed, pushing Pulisic further down the pecking order.
The 24-year-old was keen to leave west London over the summer, despite loan interest from Manchester United, and a move to Newcastle has since been suggested.
“Right now, I’m absolutely back at Chelsea and focused and ready to finish the season,” Pulisic said as a guest on the Indirect Podcast.
“Things change quickly, and anything can happen. I’m just pushing myself in training and working at Chelsea for the time being.”
